At Blueair, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of your indoor air. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your air purifier or replacement filters within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and unused filters to ensure a smooth inspection process.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
